Cold Weather Calls for Creative Solutions...

With the rainy weather here it is difficult to keep the party going. But there always is a way.

Many people plan their get-together events months even years in advance and it is not possible to know how the weather will turn on your event day.

"We are seeing a huge increase in tent and patio heater rentals" says Moji of Anar Party Rental. "People have events with us and they hear about the stormy weather and begin to panic, but we always find a solution for them. Whether we use patio heaters, console heaters, tents or sidewalls we always find a solution".

The company's tent rentals have drastically increased this year due to the severe weather. Anar has a growing inventory of different sized canopies but even with the vast numbers of supply they are finding their tents booked out in past weekends. We suggest booking tents early in order to guarantee availibilty.

Ambience - Lighting the way...

As we attend more and more weddings and events we being to notice the age-old problem of repetitiveness. It seems like a great effort to create the ultimate "unique" party. There are many techniques to achieve "uniqueness" but there particularly is one stylish technique which is also affordable and can make your event much more exquisite than the rest.

This technique is the use stylish ambiance lighting. Whether its the comfort of the up-lighting glow or the sharp accentuation of the pin-spot lighting on your table centerpieces, lighting can be the difference between your every-day event and your one in a million weddings of a lifetime.

"We offer our clients with a multitude of lighting options, from up-lighting to down-lighting to decorative gobos, we want to allow the client to create the wedding of their dreams and lighting is usually the differentiating factor" says Ariana of Anar.

Vacation Home as Wedding Venue

In southern California the options for wedding venues are limitless...

As a vendor in the southern California region we have the pleasure of working with brides with elegant taste. The beach as a backdrop is essentially never a bad choice.

Vacation homes open up a vase set of opportunities to the wedding couple. One advantage of the vacation home as a venue is that there is no curfew time. The party can go all night long, which is not the case with most other venues.

Another huge advantage is that the out of town guests will have a place to stay after the festivities are over. Southern California is full of these type of vacation homes. For more information you can ask one of our team members.

Event Trends for 2009...

Big Trends for 2009 include the "environmentally conscious" and the "monetary conscious".

With the huge changes in the climate and the shortage of resources almost everyone is aware of the implacations of the environment..."Everybody is trying to make a change by going green...even our brides!" Says Ariana of Anar Party Rentals.

In the picture on the right is an example of "Going Green", "Green shoes" designed by Anni Rapinoja Taidekoulutus, a designer from Finland, is just a taste of the environmentally conscious brides of 2009. We are seeing many more recyclables at the reception and ceremony, from earth-friendly invitations to eco-friendly wedding rings. We have eco-friendly flowers to eco-friendly wedding favors.

As the economy remains in recession, we are seeing another trend, getting the most for the least amount of dollars. "We see that people are comparing prices much more than before. This is actually great news for our company, as we are always trying to keep our prices the lowest", says Ariana. "We are also noticing trends in events that include increasing numbers of backyard weddings and parties."

Creative Linen Design Ideas...

There are a couple of preliminary steps in creating your linen design. First, ask yourselves what style and mood do you both want for your wedding day. Are you casual, sophisticated or romantic? Next, take several photographs of the site to reference as you read through the above ideas. This will be a key step while brainstorming through each idea. Some ideas will become clear while others will prove to be unsuitable for your particular setting.

Now the fun begins. We must now look at the "specifics":

• Location/Setting
• Available Space
• No. of Guest
• Mood/Theme
• Color Scheme
• Time of Day
• Budget
• Family Traditions

The Location/Setting can be the major factor in determining the entire design outcome. If the party is at a golf course clubhouse, then the view should be incorporated in the party. Also, the golf theme can be incorporated into the event. The layout of the room can vastly alter the

The Mood/Theme can be anywhere from romance to sports to classy. To set the mood, lighting is a major factor. The subtlest uplighting and candle-lighting can create that romantic feeling. Another way to enhance your theme is with props. The sports party can have hanging team banners or jerseys whichever is appropriate for the sport.

Budget does not need to be a buzz killer for your event. As long as you plan in advance, you can create extravagance with the lowest budget. Adding small, inexpensive details is the key to saving. Put in extra effort for the details (such as adding sashes to your chairs) and people will not notice your budgeted areas.

If you take in to account all of the key factors of your event, you can play around with the formula to create the perfect setting for you perfect event. Plan ahead and reap the benefits!

San Diego - Recession Proof? Party Rentals perspective...

What can make a city recession-proof? Is it the people that occupy the city, the jobs that compose the city or the government that governs the city??

Being a business owner, we can say that it is the customers that directly affect the sustainability of a business. If we didn't have loyal customers, then in this economic turbulence we would not sustain.

At Anar Party Rentals, Inc. we believe that by building top-notch relationships with our customers we are securing our future, and our customers' futures. We understand the importance that reliability and reputation hold in our industry. That is why we never stray from our path of creating "the perfect party".

If our orders are less in the tough times, it does not matter, we do not budge from our motto of creating value for suberp equipment. If we have nothing, it is our integrity that guides us!

And as the rest of us, Anar is hoping that Obama will guide us to better times. Our country has sustained through triumph and turbulance. This is a mere roadblock in our journey to success! Long live America! And long live the citizens who make the United States thrive!

Anar Party Rentals Receives Award of Excellence

Anar Party Rentals is proud to support the United States Military troops. We had a chance to show our support first hand when the Navy asked us for help with one of their training exercises.

The navy was running a training Exercise in the desert of Inland Empire and their training had more recruits than expected. Anar Party Rentals brought a 40X80 tent along with some smaller size tents and high velocity swamp coolers to give their recruits enough space to live for the 2 week training camp.

The exercise was unexpected, because typically the military uses their own tents, but even though the time was not much to put the event together, Anar was happy that we could lend a hand to those who have been providing so much for our country!

We look forward to many more events with the Armed Forces!

Sincerely,
Anar Team
